About the FAO–SGP Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM)

The Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) is a fundamental component of the SGP Environmental and Social Management Framework and as instructed by FAO’s Framework for Environmental and Social Management (FESM) and GEF’s Environmental and Social Safeguard Standards.  The SGP program welcomes feedback from stakeholders including concerns that may arise from FAO-managed SGP projects.
